Complex by the Rails

The site sits in the middle of a 7-rail-intersection, where skyscrapers make room for scattered, human-scaled buildings. Gaobeidian area within the east 5th ring of Beijing is home to lots of startup media companies. The urban complex aims to provide this community with mixed and well-organized facilities.

People reach the site from the north, with retail and food. To the center of the site, office. And the south end, a center for fitness and spa. The essential linear plan breaks into four upper buildings with unique facades, creating a modern icon for both locals and train passengers.
